Summer Kids Camp
Build Confidence on the water this summer
beyond just learning to navigate the Wolastoq, the Meduxnekeag, and other local spots, your kiddo will gain a deep appreciation for nature through environmental stewardship. Sign up to develop lifelong teamwork skills, master kayaking, canoeing, and SUP, and build a genuine connection with our local waterways.
Arrival 8:30 to 9:00
Camp starts at 9 am
Morning classes from 9 to 12 (snack time at 10:30)
Lunch 12-1, more than welcome to have lunch on location. We do not provide lunch it must be packed
Evening Paddle course and games from 1-3
Fridays are on the water all day unless thunderstorms are present
Recommended Clothing
- Swimsuit or quick-dry shorts
- T-shirt
- Light sweater or hoodie (morning could be cooler as the season)
- Change of clothes
- Hat or cap

Cancellations by Participants
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the camp start date will receive a 75% refund
- Cancellations made 2-7 days or more before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 2 days before the camp start date are non-refundable
You may transfer to another participant or another camp date if the space is available.
Weather Policy
Kayak camp is rain or shine. Activities may be adjusted for safety depending on wind speeds. if sever weather or unsafe water conditions requre cancilation by the organizers, participants will receive:
- a rescheduled camp day
- a credit towards a future program
- or a gift card
No Shows
Participants who do not attend a camp without notice will not receive a refund, which can affect the others in the camp. If sick, please call ahead and let us know; we are willing to provide a credit towards a future program.
Cancellation by Organizer
Wolastoq Paddling School Ltd. reserves the right to cancel camps due to low enrollment or unsafe conditions. Participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session
